“The opportunity to grant funds to these five local sports organizations is a great benefit to the community. We are fortunate to have such funds available through the Madison Area Sports Commission,” said Joel Weitz, PGA Professional and MASC Board Chair.

To date, MASC grants have helped many area children benefit from an introduction to sports.” As we move closer to celebrating our first anniversary, it is especially rewarding to me that in such a short time we have been able to help fund so many different organizations that support our community’s kids,” added Weitz.

“We’ve been able to fund 80% of our applicants to date, said Jamie Patrick, MASC Director of Sports. We are excited to be able to make significant contributions to those organizations that will make a sizeable impact in these children’s lives,” Patrick noted.
