Most recently Dean served as Director of Materials Management at Océ North America, a document solutions corporation.

Bice earned a BA in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University as well as certifications in production and inventory, purchasing, integrated resource management programs, CPIM, CPM, and CIRM.
