MADISON, Wis. (December 15, 2004) — The 2004 “Wisconsin Film Festival Posters” entry, designed by Madison communication firm Planet Propaganda, recently won an Outstanding Achievement award in the poster series category of HOW’s International Design Competition. The 2005 April issue of the graphic design industry publication will feature the winners. There were 233 winners in this year’s competition, and 11 of those were Outstanding Achievement winners.
