MILWAUKEE, WI (December 17, 2004). The law firm of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. announced the addition of Jynine A. Strand to their Real Estate Practice Group in the Waukesha office.

Strand’s law practice focuses on real estate matters, including construction law, sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing and exchanging residential and commercial projects. She has extensive experience negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, construction contracts, leases and financial documents. Clients include individuals, construction companies, architectural companies, lenders and corporations.

Strand authored a chapter on “Mortgages” for the Fourth Edition of Wisconsin Practice Series™ – Methods of Practice (©2004 West Publications) and has presented seminars on real estate topics for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Adult Education Series and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She is an Arbitrator for Ford Motor Company, a Trustee for the Waukesha County Historical Society & Museum, and actively involved with Vince Lombardi Charitable Funds, Inc. as Auction Committee Chairperson for the organization’s annual Black Tie Dinner Ball.
Strand received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Finance (with honors) from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh and her law degree from Marquette University Law School. She is active in the Real Estate Section of the Waukesha County Bar Association and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, American Bar Association, Association for Women Lawyers, Thomas E. Fairchild Inns of Court, and the American Inns of Court.
