Hansen has been with Seroka since 2002 and has served as Director of Client Service and Public Relations for the last 11 years. She has consistently provided exceptional client service and advocacy which has grown to become a standard for excellence and a benchmark for her department. With over 20 years’ experience in public relations and advertising, Hansen has successfully managed accounts on a national, regional and local basis across a variety of industries, and developed strong, mutually respectful relationships with key media outlets and trade publications in key vertical markets.
In her new role, Hansen will continue to oversee and set protocol for Seroka’s client service division, directly participate in planning the agency’s future expansion and mentor others in the art of delivering the level of service our clients have a right to expect.
