Milwaukee, WI – July 23, 2018 – Molina Healthcare has announced that Laura Betancourt-Szymanowska has been named assistant vice president of government contracts for Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin. In her new role, Laura will be responsible for the strategic development and administration of contracts with state and federal governments for Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare-Medicaid Plan, Marketplace, and other government-sponsored programs.
Laura recently held a leadership position at Aetna where she spearheaded Medicaid, Medicare and the turnaround of the Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) Compliance Program. She worked closely with federal and state regulators to address compliance issues and concerns. Laura previously served in senior compliance positions at Discover Financial Services as well as a compliance consultant at Anthem/WellPoint, Inc.
