WEST ALLIS, WISCONSIN (March 16, 2018) – Heritage Senior Living, one of the largest senior living companies headquartered in Wisconsin, announced today that they have hired Antonio Evans to fill their regional director of hospitality and culinary position. This new role, part of the corporate team based in West Allis, emphasizes Heritage Senior Living’s focus on providing distinctive, resort-style services and amenities for residents across the state.

Evans joined Heritage Senior Living from Whitefish Bay-based restaurant MOXIE, where he was head chef and general manager. His prior roles include serving as a chef with Saz’s Hospitality Group, the Bravo/Brio Restaurant Group and Brew City Bar-B-Que.

As regional director of hospitality and culinary, Evans will supervise all aspects of Heritage’s hospitality offerings, including culinary, lodging, entertainment/leisure and wellness programs. His role will also include the development of specialized resident programs and packages, as well as the training of all culinary and hospitality staff and the formation of partnerships with culinary and hospitality schools across the state and the world.

“We’re very excited to be adding Antonio to our growing corporate team,” said Pierre Verger, chief operating officer at Heritage Senior Living. “This is a great opportunity for us to develop innovative restaurant- and resort-style programming within each of our senior living communities. Ultimately, we aim to offer the best programming across the board so that our residents and their families feel not just taken care of, but truly pampered.”
