Waukesha, Wisconsin, May 23, 2019 – Hamacher Resource Group, Inc. (HRG) has been named one of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s 2019 Top Workplaces, awarded to the best places to work in southeastern Wisconsin. This is the third year in a row that HRG has achieved the honor, and it moved from the 11th position in 2018 to the 7th in 2019.
The Top Workplaces are based solely on the results of an employee survey that was administered by Energage, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Companies participating were surveyed about aspects of their workplace culture in categories that included connection, alignment, effectiveness, the basics, leader of the company, and their individual manager.
