Milwaukee, Wisconsin, December 6, 2017 – Milsco Manufacturing Co., a division of Jason Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:JASN and JASNW) welcomes Timm Fields as the new Vice President and General Manager, Seating.

His functional and overall leadership experience will help us continue to transform our business and better anticipate the needs of our customers.”
Fields comes to Milsco from Illinois Tool Works (ITW) where he was the VP and General Manager of their North American Residential Construction Business. Prior to ITW, Fields held various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Materials, and Operations for S&S Cycle, Inc. and United Conveyor Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Valparaiso University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Fields will be based at Milsco’s new headquarters facility at 1301 West Canal Street.
