Miron Construction: Honored with two 2017 BUILD Wisconsin Awards

NEENAH, Wis. (Sept. 20, 2017) — Miron Construction Co., Inc. was recently awarded two 2017 BUILD Wisconsin Awards from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin. Miron has been awarded 55 BUILD Wisconsin Awards since the program’s inception in 2003. 

 

Miron Construction will be honored at the AGC BUILD Wisconsin Awards banquet on Thursday, Oct. 5 at the Glacier Canyon Conference Center at Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, for the following projects:

  • Menasha Corporation Corporate Office (Neenah, Wisconsin) in the “General Contractor ­– Commercial Projects – New Construction” category
  • Menasha Corporation Corporate Office (Neenah, Wisconsin) – Environmental Excellence 

 

“Sustainability has been a large focus for Miron Construction and it feels tremendous to be honored for that commitment,” said Theresa Lehman, director of sustainable services for Miron Construction. “We are humbled to be recognized for our team’s outstanding work in the field.”

 

Entries are judged on sustainable practices, unusual design and craftsmanship, innovation in construction techniques or materials, and meeting difficult challenges. The BUILD Wisconsin Awards stand as a testament to the skill, integrity, hard work, ingenuity and commitment invested into each construction project.
