Webb was appointed to a two-year term. Other members of the committee were given staggered one-, two- or three-year terms.

“Denise was selected for this role because of her expertise, leadership and vision in the field of health information technology,” said Marshfield Clinic Health System CEO Dr. Susan Turney. “Her appointment gives a powerful voice to the best interests of our patients and patients across the country. Denise will take our focus on patient-centered care and excellence of care delivery to a national level where she can have an impact on millions of lives.”
