Madison, Wisconsin – Schenck is offering an Excellence in Leadership Foundations series, a focused, four-month program designed to provide managers with the critical knowledge necessary to successfully lead themselves, a team and their organization.

The sessions will be held in Schenck’s offices in Green Bay, Appleton and Sheboygan, beginning in September 2017.

Attendees will learn how the transition to a leadership role means applying different skills, and then will receive practical advice and guidance for how to apply their new skills in their day-to-day interactions. Sessions will be facilitated using a guided process that includes presentation, group discussion, role playing and self-assessments to reveal attendees’ own leadership style and how to be effective in their organizations.

All courses are led by members of Schenck’s Business Optimization team who have years of experience guiding businesses and leading change in organizations.

The annual fee is $1,250 per attendee, and includes eight sessions, DISC analysis of attendee and supervisor, and detailed participant guide.

Space is limited. To learn more or to register, contact Jennifer Brown at jennifer.brown@schencksc.com or 920-996-1306. For more information, visit schencksc.com/excellence .
