Gov. Scott Walker is in Japan until Sunday pursuing “a significant foreign direct investment opportunity for our state,” a spokesman said.
He’s joining officials from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation on the trip. WEDC spokesman Kelly Lietz declined to provide further details, saying the agency doesn’t comment on “pending or potential opportunities.”
