We Energies again named best in Midwest for electric reliability, also honored for Outstanding Customer Reliability Experience
For the sixth year in a row, We Energies has received the ReliabilityOne Award for Outstanding Reliability Performance in the Midwest. The award, based on performance statistics from 2015, is given annually by PA Consulting Group to utilities that have excelled in delivering dependable electric service to their customers.
PA also honored We Energies with the first-ever Outstanding Customer Reliability Experience Award. This newly created recognition highlights the company’s effective customer service and communications, through which employees have provided real-time and accurate information to customers during outages.
