New Berlin, WI, November 2, 2016 – Top Floor is pleased to announce its recent hire of Shelley Strade as an Account Manager. Shelley will play an important role in the daily communications with clients by providing valuable advice and support, including access to creative service for branding and complete advertising and promotional services. She will also work with clients to develop, maintain, and optimize their websites in order to maximize user conversion rates.
Shelley is a graduate of Marquette University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Advertising and Marketing. Prior to Top Floor, she was a media planner for an advertising agency in Menomonee Falls, has worked in inside sales and support for various companies – selling telecom equipment, generators and senior living wander management systems. Most recently, she worked in System Support for a large mortgage corporation. Shelley comes to Top Floor with a plethora of professional experience, as well as the skills required to be the point person on a day-to-day basis with client needs.

Shelley has a 15-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter and enjoys supporting them in sports and school activities. Her interests include quiet afternoons baking at home, wine and a suspense novel on the patio, road trips with her fiancé and running half marathons.
