Bill comes to First Business with over 25 years of investment portfolio and asset liability management experience serving financial institutions in Wisconsin, Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia, Nevada and California. At First Business, Bill will be responsible for developing and implementing balance sheet strategies centered around managing the investment portfolio, asset liability management, capital planning and liability funding. In addition, Bill will be on the trust division’s investment committee proving fixed income counsel. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and is a licensed Series 65 investment advisor. Bill previously worked for M&I Portfolio Services, Inc. and KeyState Corporate Management, LLC.
