WAUWATOSA, WI, November 30, 2015 — The Lutheran Home and Harwood Place has named Lindsey G. Kriete, as Vice President, Human Resources and the Lutheran Home has added Dr. Kashif Saeed as staff physiatrist.
In her new position, Kriete will be responsible for personnel and budget management and adherence to all facility policies and human resource procedures. A Wauwatosa resident, Kriete brings over 14 years of business management, employee development and executive recruitment experience to her new position. Past experience includes Human Resources Manager for Fabick Cat, (Cat® dealer throughout Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan), Vice President for Core Business Solutions (a boutique, Milwaukee-based executive search firm), and Human Resources & Corporate Director for the Kriete Group (heavy-duty truck dealerships throughout Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula). Kriete served on the Lutheran Home Foundation board from 2014-2015.
As Lutheran Home’s staff physiatrist, Dr. Saeed will diagnose and treat orthopedic neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions and address rehab and pain concerns with patient, therapy staff and family. He also serves as an associate physician for Integrated Rehab Consultants, a nationwide group of physiatrists practicing sub‐acute rehabilitation. Dr.Saeed completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where he served as the chief resident in his final year of residency. He is currently in the process of completing additional fellowship training in Pain Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Over the past year, he has worked as the Pain and Rehab Consultant at the following facilities: Cedar Creek Health Campus–‐Lowell, IN; Wittenberg Lutheran Village–‐Crown Point, IN; Dyer Nursing and Rehabilitation–Dyer, IN; and Lake Terrace Health and Rehabilitation–Milwaukee, WI.
