Laura A. Brenner is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice and chair of the firm’s Product Distribution and Franchise Team, a cross-disciplinary group of attorneys who practice at the leading edge of the law affecting clients who buy or sell products and services. Brenner represents clientele on a national level including a broad range of commercial, manufacturing and service clients, notably companies in the equipment and manufacturing industries. Brenner shares her experience and insight through frequent presentations to the business community, particularly on topics of the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, antitrust, distribution, franchise law, and contract issues relating to the sale of goods.

Mark A. Cameli is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice, where he chairs the White Collar Litigation and Corporate Compliance Team. He is a former member of Reinhart’s Board of Directors and chairs the firm’s Diversity Committee. Cameli defends companies and individuals in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions and conducts internal investigations for companies concerned with securities compliance related issues. Cameli frequently works with manufacturing, health care, religious organizations, defense contractors and others who are targets or victims of fraud, including government program fraud. He has considerable experience successfully representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, including businesses victimized by fraud.

Scott W. Hansen is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice. His work generally involves complex disputes between businesses or between business and governments in which a client’s serious interests or ability to survive may be at risk. Hansen has been recognized for litigating some of the most complex and high-stakes civil cases in Wisconsin. He has written and taught seminars about persuasion in complex litigation, the benefits of mock juries, using financial experts in federal court, antitrust law, business torts, the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, federal and state civil procedure and other topics.

David G. Peterson is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Practice. Peterson primarily focuses on disputes involving commercial litigation, environmental remediation, and product liability. He also represents clients in tax assessment valuation matters and corporate governance disputes. In addition to his significant trial experience, Peterson has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration. He is a former President of the Milwaukee Bar Association and a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.

Allen C. Schlinsog, Jr. is a shareholder, chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice and chair of the Product Liability and Safety Practice Group. His practice focuses on significant product liability and commercial litigation, in particular in defense of the mining and pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He has represented global companies in significant class actions, product liability and mass tort proceedings. Schlinsog also regularly defends catastrophic injury cases throughout the United States involving a wide variety of products in highly regulated industries.
