Neenah, Wis. – First National Bank – Fox Valley (FNB Fox Valley) has hired Linda Zietlow as a Senior Relationship Banker, Stephanie Miller as Customer Care Manager and Megan Reetz as Mortgage Processing and Underwriting Specialist. They’ve also promoted Lynn Lang to Mortgage Operations Supervisor and Holly Milhaupt to Mortgage Processing/Underwriting Lead.
Zietlow joins FNB’s retail team with over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, most recently as a Consumer Loan Officer at Fox Communities Credit Union. Linda will focus on building new customer relationships and expanding existing relationships using her extensive knowledge of financial products, services, loan options, deposit accounts and investments.
Miller comes to FNB Fox Valley with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently as a Branch Manager at Anchor Bank. Stephanie will be responsible for overseeing FNB’s Customer Care Center. She holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Colorado Technical University, and has held roles in commercial, mortgage and consumer banking.
Reetz comes to FNB Fox Valley with 12 of experience years in the mortgage industry, most recently as the Branch Account Manager at OneMain Financial working mainly with consumer loans. Megan will be responsible for processing and underwriting mortgage and consumer loan files and working with mortgage lenders and customers to satisfy regulatory loan requirements.
Lang has been with FNB for 7 years as part of the Mortgage Operations team, and has been promoted to Mortgage Operations Supervisor. She will be responsible for overseeing, training and mentoring the Mortgage and Consumer operations staff, as well as initiating and carrying out quality and process enhancements to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
Milhaupt has been a part of FNB’s Mortgage Operations Department for 7 years, and has been promoted to Mortgage Processing/Underwriting Lead. Holly will be responsible for overseeing the processing and underwriting roles while continuing to manage the mortgage pipeline and process and underwrite loan files herself.
