First Business is pleased to announce its newest location in Manitowoc, WI to the Northeast Region. This office will provide Lakeshore businesses access to the premium suite of financial services offered by the First Business family of companies including business banking and specialty finance.

The Manitowoc office will be located at 100 Maritime Drive, Manitowoc, WI 54220, and is classified as a loan production office (LPO) of First Business Bank. First Business Bank’s holding company is First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBIZ).

Local Leadership
The Northeast offices are led by Michael (Mickey) Noone, CTP®, President – Northeast Region for First Business Bank. Mickey joined the First Business leadership team in 2006. Prior to First Business, Mickey was a Senior Vice President with First National Bank – Fox Valley in Neenah.
He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He has also earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association for Financial Professionals.
Mickey volunteers his time with: Oshkosh Community YMCA, Fox Cities United Way, Oshkosh United Way, Future Neenah, Inc., Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, Risk Management Association, Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Oshkosh Family, Inc., and Wisconsin Family Business Forum. Mickey was the originator and continues to Chair the steering committees of a number of business and nonprofit-focused initiatives in Northeast Wisconsin including: Manufacturing First, Family Business First, and Enterprising NONPROFITS.
The Manitowoc office will also be led by Denee Mott, CTP®, Vice President – Business Development. With 22 years of experience Denee is focused on serving the financial needs of businesses, organizations and public entities in the Lakeshore Area, including Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Kewaunee, and Door County.
Denee holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis on financial planning from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She has also earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association for Financial Professionals.
Denee is very active in the community. She is the Treasurer of the Creative Learning Child Enrichment Center and is active in the Parent Teacher Organization, her local church, Big Brothers Big Sisters, both Manitowoc & Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, Manitowoc County United Way, and the Manitowoc/Two Rivers YMCA Strong Kids Annual Give Campaign. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials (WASBO) Service Affiliate Committee, Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), and Wisconsin Association for Professionals (WAFP). Denee lives with her husband and three children in Two Rivers, WI.
