MADISON |MILWAUKEE | MINNEAPOLIS – DeWitt Ross & Stevens, S.C. and its affiliate DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore S.C., today announced the addition of attorney Danielle M. Johnson to its Madison office as an associate practicing in its Business Practice Group.
“Danielle brings a unique skill-set to the firm based on her excellent experience, in addition to being licensed to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin,” said Bryan Esch, Chair of the Business Practice Group.
Johnson will assist clients with matters related to business law, intellectual property law, real estate law, employment law and litigation. In general, some of her representations have included preparing formation documents and various agreements for partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations as well as advising corporations on liability exposure and ways to prevent future lawsuits. Johnson also has experience reviewing watch reports, analyzing entities for potential trademark infringement and drafting cease and desist letters to infringing entities. She has additional experience in the real estate, employment, and litigation arenas.
Johnson earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her B.A., from Macalester College, where she was a member of the Macalester College Varsity Women’s Basketball Team. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Ramsey Country Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers and is a volunteer lawyer with LegalCORPS.
