MADISON — The Madison office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the nation, has announced that retail specialist Chris Etmanczyk has been promoted to partner.
“Chris has been with us since 2010 and has evolved into one of the top retail brokers in the Madison area,” said Todd Waller, partner of Lee & Associates Madison. “His knowledge and expertise is a big advantage to our team, and will be a big help to our national retail divison.”
A specialist in real estate acquisition, site selection and negotiation, Etmanczyk has successfully executed several purchase and lease transactions across all product lines. He also is an expert on market penetration strategy and overall site and market analytics and has consulted on historic rehabilitation projects and tax increment financing (TIF) projects. In addition, he recently has been involved in distressed asset negotiation and sales as well as marketing bank owned and receivership properties.
Before joining Lee & Associates, Etmanczyk spent five years with CB Richard Ellis. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Etmanczyk, who is currently a candidate for CCIM, is a member of ICSC and the Madison Commercial Real Estate Brokers Group.
