Greenfire Management Services Announces Promotion and New Hires
Milwaukee, WI, April 21, 2015–Greenfire Management Services, LLC announced today Nathan Keller was promoted to director of operations and that the firm has hired Nadine Wiencek as project engineer and Lynne Fakiroglou as accountant.
Since it was formed in 2010 as a subsidiary of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), Greenfire has grown into a leading construction management and owner representation firm. Greenfire’s portfolio includes major construction projects for some of the Midwest and Wisconsin’s most successful property developers, as well as the Forest County Potawatomi.
Keller joined Greenfire in 2012 as senior project manager. He has 15 years of experience within all phases of the construction process from concept through project completion, along with an impressive resume of project experience including the Potawatomi Hotel and FCP Renewable Generation Biogas Digester.
Wiencek most recently worked in k-12 facilities and energy management, previously spending 15 years in the commercial construction industry.
Fakiroglou has been serving the building industry as an accountant since 1998. Fakiroglou spent most of her career working with construction firms in the Milwaukee area.
Greenfire currently has 19 employees and is hiring additional estimators, project engineers and superintendents.
