Cypress Benefit Administrators Hires New Account Executive
APPLETON, WIS. (April 9, 2015) – Cypress Benefit Administrators, a leading third party health benefit administrator (TPA) headquartered in Appleton, with four additional locations across the United States, has hired Mary Flannery as a new Account Executive.
Flannery will be stationed at the company’s Appleton location and will act as a main point of contact for employer-clients, working directly with the company’s broker partners. Her other duties will include: implementing new business, serving as an advocate to both clients and brokers and managing the annual renewal process.
Flannery brings over 30 years of business experience to Cypress, with the latest related to human resources and employee benefits as well as account management. She has spent 13 years on the broker side of business, helping manage and support fully insured and self-funded client accounts.
In establishing her versatile skillset in business, Flannery has also served in supervisory and accounting roles. She holds the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has also earned the title of Health Insurance Associate (HIA) from the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA).
