CENTURY 21 Affiliated: Mary Schultz inducted into the CENTURY 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame

MADISON, WI (March 30, 2015) — CENTURY 21 Affiliated today announced that independent sales professional, Mary Schultz, has been inducted into the coveted CENTURY 21® Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame. Schultz was selected because of her dedication and commitment to both the CENTURY 21 System and her customers, consistent high levels of production, and extensive community involvement. She was honored at the 2015 “Unlock Your Full Potential” CENTURY 21 Global Conference in Washington, DC last month.

“Mary has earned this recognition by dedicating her life to real estate, to our brand, and to mentoring and improving the lives of those in her community,” said Rick Davidson, president and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “She is a wonderful role model to her fellow System members, truly embodying what it means to be a CENTURY 21 agent.”

The CENTURY 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame is presented to the most elite independent sales professionals in the CENTURY 21 System. To be considered, independent sales associates must be in the CENTURY 21 System a minimum of 10 years with eight of those years being at CENTURION® level production, including the current year.

“A great deal of gratitude goes out to my brokers, Bill and Judi Kessler, and Dan Kruse, and the entire CENTURY 21 System, for providing me with the tools and training necessary to deliver great customer service to my clients and customers, said Schultz. “I’m honored and humbled to receive this award and join such a select group, and look forward to continuing within the CENTURY 21 platform of SMARTER, BOLDER, FASTER®.”

Since getting her start in the real estate industry more than 20 years ago, Schultz has consistently been a top producer in her office while making time to volunteer in her community. She’s known for working many sleepless nights volunteering as a night monitor for the Road Home, a homeless shelter where she spends her time ensuring families eat a wholesome meal before making their way to work and school.

Schultz also finds time to remain involved in her local school district. Though her own children have since graduated, she currently serves on the “Framework of our Future and Referendum Committee” which raises money to remodel and expand several schools in the district. In this role she makes regular visits to the schools, speaking with administrators, teachers and parents to develop a priority list of major projects. Further illustrating her dedication, each quarter she adopts an elementary class to discuss how their learning applies to her business and life’s work. She also serves as guest speaker in local classes to discuss businesses in real estate.

When she’s not working with the homeless or local school children, Schultz is active in her local church, having recently traveled to El Salvador to work with jailed teens and orphaned babies.

“Mary is continuously looking for ways to leverage her abilities to better the lives of others,” added Davidson. “Her commitment to her family, friends and colleagues is inspiring. I could not be happier to honor her with this award.”
