ACTIONCOACH BUSINESS COACHING HIRES TWO NEW TEAM MEMBERS
Company growth fuels staff additions
Elm Grove, Wis. – (Feb. 26, 2015) – ActionCOACH Business Coaching (ActionCOACH), the nation’s leading business coaching firm, is pleased to announce it has hired two new team members to support the company’s strategic growth and its ongoing commitment to meet the needs of its clients. Joining the coaching firm are Ann Rudolph, marketing and administrative assistant and Andrew Mills, business development specialist.
Ann Rudolph’s extensive background in customer service and special event planning is a perfect fit for her new position at ActionCOACH. She will support the entire ActionCOACH team in both a marketing and administrative capacity, including coordinating company events and workshops. With previous roles in the retail and hospitality industry as well as running an award-wining photography business, Rudolph has built a career building strong customer relationships that make her a perfect fit for her new role. Rudolph earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and is MBTI Step II certified. She is a resident of Wauwatosa, Wis.
Andrew Mills has 15 years of experience with telephone sales, marketing and customer relations. Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Mills worked with nonprofit arts organizations from across the United States to develop fundraising and marketing revenue campaigns. Mills’ experience combined with his results-driven attitude, will further fuel the growth of ActionCOACH by introducing area business owners to programs and services designed to help them learn new business strategies, develop a better team and increase revenue. Mills earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and is a resident of Waukesha, Wis.
