Consolidated Construction Announces Wisconsin Projects
Appleton, WI (January 5, 2015) –Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full-service design/build firm with offices in Appleton and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, announces the following new projects:
Werner Electric Supply Co. of Neenah has selected Consolidated to construct a new corporate office and distribution center on a 40-acre site at County Highway BB (West Prospect Avenue) and Casaloma Drive in the Town of Grand Chute, Wisconsin. The building will house Werner’s new operations in 250,000 square feet. “Werner Electric is one of the region’s great success stories. To be associated with the next phase in their growth is an honor,” said Jim Perras, Partner at Consolidated Construction and Project Director on the Werner Electric project.
Werner Electric Supply Co. provides automation, electrical, and data communication products and services to industrial, commercial and construction customers via 11 locations throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. The building was designed by architect Curtis Schroeder of Consolidated Construction and Brian Gebauer is the Project Manager. Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2016.
