Recently, Dr. Nicole Knapp D.C. of Knapp Chiropractic and Wellness Center, Inc. of Brookfield conducted a patient survey, and the results were amazing: a 4.75 satisfaction rating out of a possible 5 rating.
The testimonials from patients were inspiring.
The survey questions were based on a 5 point scale with 1 being Poor and 5 being Excellent.
The short survey asked the following questions about:

2) Availability of appointment times that fit patient’s schedule.

5) Cost of your visit to see the doctor.
