WAUSAU, WI, August 06, 2014 – Tonia Speener, P.E. has joined Clark Dietz as a project manager for the Civil/Environmental group. Ms. Speener brings over 18 years of experience in both project management and business development across various markets, including municipal, commercial, residential and agricultural. Tonia is a LEED Accredited Professional, specializing in building design and construction. She will be responsible for providing engineering solutions to clients throughout north central Wisconsin.
