New Horizons of Wisconsin Names New Director of Operations
JULY 28, 2014 –New Horizons of Wisconsin is excited to announce the promotion of Sheila Jilot to the position of Director of Operations. Ms. Jilot, who has been with the company for four years, will be the company’s second-in-command and report directly to the company’s president.
Ms. Jilot’s dedicated service at New Horizons of Wisconsin began in 2010. She has been promoted on multiple occasions with increasing responsibility in accounting, purchasing, sales, and most recently, operations. Jilot is advancing from her position as Operations Manager to become the company’s first Director of Operations. As a vital part of New Horizons of Wisconsin, Jilot will continue to invest in the company with her exceptional work. Her position is the only director-level executive in the tech company’s leadership structure.
Within her new position, Jilot will be responsible for all of New Horizons of Wisconsin’s operations and logistics. About Jilot’s advancement, company president Patrick Riley said, “Sheila’s contributions to our success are invaluable, and she is my most trusted advisor. In addition to her role as our head of operations, she has personally spearheaded our recent center improvement projects in Madison and Brookfield. She is our rock, and we couldn’t run the place without her.”
Sheila Jilot, a native of Brookfield, WI, currently resides in Pewaukee. She is a proud graduate of UW Milwaukee. Jilot and her husband have one daughter, and Jilot enjoys sports, coaching, traveling, and gardening.
