MADISON, Wisconsin — Summit Credit Union will open a new mortgage loan office in Verona in October of 2014; it has signed a lease and begun remodeling the office space at 202 E. Verona Ave. The location will be the financial institution’s 30th location and its third mortgage loan office.

The office will have a mortgage loan officer and a mortgage loan office specialist to serve consumers with their mortgage and home equity needs. Summit has begun remodeling the interior of the office, which is near Klinke Cleaners, Cost Cutters and Postal Connections. The office remodel will be non-traditional. Summit has experience in creating unique spaces that inspire action toward dreams, like its award-winning Inspiration Branch in Fitchburg and its mortgage loan office in Watertown. It expects to open the Verona office in October 2014.
