Neenah, Wis. – First National Bank – Fox Valley (FNB Fox Valley) is pleased to announce its plans to implement a Customer Care Center out of its corporate Neenah location.
In an effort to increase convenience and customer service efficiency for patrons, the Care Center will offer extended hours beyond that of the bank branches from 8am-6pm on weekdays, and 9am-12pm on Saturdays. It will initially be staffed with four of FNB’s resident retail experts who will handle customer service inquiries like funds transfers, payment questions and online applications among an array of other topics. The Customer Care Center has an estimated implementation date of July 1st, 2014.
“As FNB continues to expand, we constantly look for new ways to give better service to our customers,” says Kathy Blumreich, Senior VP of Retail Banking. “The Customer Care Center is our answer. With the Care Center, customers will receive immediate and knowledgeable service from highly skilled bank employees in the most convenient way possible.”
The initial Care Center staff will be made up of Emily Karl, Personal Banker, and Theresa Schwartzbauer, Teller, both based out of FNB’s Neenah branch, Cris Dancker, Teller II, from the Oshkosh location and Heather Bytof, Personal Banker out of FNB’s Appleton branch.
