Paul Davis promotes new leaders in Southeast and Fox Valley Wisconsin
Milwaukee, Wis. – June 13, 2014 – Dan Druml and Meg Boyle, longtime owners of Paul Davis Restoration
& Remodeling of Southeast and Fox Valley Wisconsin, announced that three of the company’s dedicated
employees have been promoted. Brady Chuckel, Tim Guilette and Jeff Hertel will assume executive
level positions contributing to the continued growth and success of their offices that are
recognized in Wisconsin, the Midwest and nationally as leading firms in the insurance restoration
and remodeling industries.
Chuckel will serve as Vice President of Sales, Guilette will serve as Vice President of Operations,
and Hertel will serve as Vice President of Finance. This group will help lead the Paul Davis team of
employees who are renowned for award-winning professional expertise, exceptional customer service,
and skilled knowledge of residential, commercial and industrial properties. For more than 23 years,
the Paul Davis franchise has served as a leading provider of restoration and remodeling, emergency
services, and contents cleaning while focusing on giving back to the community.
Chuckel started with Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Southeast WI in 2003 and has served as
both project manager and estimator during his tenure. He attended the University of Wyoming and then
finished his education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in
marketing. Chuckel’s success can be attributed to his in-depth understanding of construction,
relationship development, and high levels of communication.
Guilette started with Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Southeast WI as an estimator in 2002.
He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in business marketing and an
expansive insurance restoration background that is complimented by his operations-focused strategy.
Guilette has a large portfolio of award winning fire restoration and remodeling projects from the
National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Hertel started with Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Southeast WI as Controller in 2007. He
has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a major in accounting and
became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1996. He has been instrumental in developing financial
policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems for Paul Davis.
