Elevated roles will advance client initiatives in digital marketing, branding and public relations

MILWAUKEE (April 23, 2014) – Trefoil Group, a strategic marketing communications firm, today announced the promotion of four professionals in an ongoing effort to evolve its digital marketing, branding and public relations services in ways that will best advance clients’ goals.

“We’re pleased to have such a talented group of professionals who can step up and help us make an even bigger impact on our clients’ success across these areas of expertise,” said Founder and Principal Mary Scheibel. “The advancement of these key players on our team is a natural evolution, and a testament to their hard work and client-focused mentality.”

In two newly created vice president roles, Vince Halaska and Wade Kohlmann will drive strategic direction as well as design new offers to help clients capitalize on new and emerging opportunities and achieve other key business objectives.

Vince Halaska – Vice President of Digital Operations

With 10 years of experience at Trefoil Group, Vince will continue to expand his oversight of the agency’s digital marketing programs and creative executions. He will manage the design and implementation of innovative digital strategies – including websites and mobile solutions that help drive engagement, accelerate conversions and build brand equity for clients. Vince also will continue to work to ensure the agency’s technical expertise is at the forefront of digital marketing trends, ensuring that clients are implementing relevant and effective programs.

Wade Kohlmann – Vice President of Branding and Strategy

Wade will build on his 15 years of experience in branding and positioning to help companies develop strong identities that accelerate their success. In his expanded role, Wade will create marketing programs that help clients solve problems and identify new opportunities more effectively. By delving deep into who a company is and identifying the value that it offers, Wade will design strategies that help clients win in the marketplace.

At the same time, Trefoil is elevating the roles of Brittany Dorfner and Justin Smith, both former account executives, to grow client success in digital marketing, social media execution, content marketing and public relations.

Brittany Dorfner – Senior Account Executive, Digital

Using her diverse background in social media strategy, public relations and branding, Brittany will leverage digital channels to help clients level the playing field. Applying leading-edge web design, content and tactics such as SEO, Brittany will help clients seize their online opportunities by reaching prospects, generating leads and building strong online identities. She also will work to ensure a client’s brand promise and core brand attributes are effectively articulated and elevated in digital executions.

Justin Smith – Senior Account Executive, Public Relations and Content

Justin will build on his extensive B2B background to develop innovative content marketing and public relations campaigns that enhance client visibility. By developing unique storylines and securing media placement across an array of channels, he will work to elevate a client’s reputation, reach and thought leadership. Justin also will help drive the ongoing evolution of the agency’s public relations and content marketing practice area, developing a robust offer that increases clients’ engagement with potential customers.
