Once the page is accessed, this solution captures email addresses and other information via a series of short questions.

Health e-Survey – a package offering hospitals a basic health survey and automated email follow-up containing thank you notes and a summary of items for survey respondents to discuss with their physician.

Health e-Communicate – a comprehensive application that generates HTML-style emails and includes an extensive library of images and pre-written content based around service lines that facilities can customize.

Health e-Social Network – a module that monitors what people say or post about a hospital on public social networks. It also tracks and measures the effectiveness of an organization’s social networking activities.
