Announcing The Crafty Fair!

The Crafty Fair will host over 20 vendors who create traditional and non-traditional crafts. Artists will offer handmade soap, clothes, art, jewelery and more. The event is hosted by Rosy Hawbaker of REcreative Crafts. The Crafty Fair will be on Sunday November 14th, from 10am-4pm at The Goodman Community Center, 149 Waubesa St. in Madison. This is a free event. Rosy Hawbaker of REcreative Crafts is the organizer.

This will be the first year for this event, but many of the artists participating have been making and selling their goods for years. There will be several artists from across the Wisconsin state area.

The Crafty Fair was inspired by other art and craft fairs that have been happening across the country more rapidly over the last few years, giving consumers creative alternatives for holiday shopping and quality gifts.

Rosy Hawbaker has been an artist since she was a little girl. She has been running REcreative Crafts since 2007, and been participating in crafts shows as well as selling at the Dane County Farmer’s Market for three years.

The Goodman Community Center is located on Madison’s near eastside between Milwaukee St. and Atwood Avenue. The address is 149 Waubesa St.. It will be from 10 am- 4pm on Sunday November 14th.
