MADISON, WI (August 3, 2010)—DeWitt Ross & Stevens, S.C., announced that as of July 1, 2010, Madison attorney, Michele L. Perreault has become a partner in the firm.
Perreault focuses her practice on family law and civil litigation. In the area of family law, she concentrates on divorce, domestic partnerships, and adoptions. Perreault is a successful civil litigator in jury and bench trials, as well as appeals, and is experienced in negotiations and mediation. Perreault was named a “Top Lawyer” by Madison Magazine in three categories: Family Law, Adoption, and Juvenile Law. Based on statewide nominations and votes, she has also been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, a status conferred on less than 5% of attorneys state-wide.
Perreault graduated magna cum laude in the top 5 percent of her law school class at the University of Wisconsin Law School. She also has a master’s degree in counseling from the UW-Oshkosh, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lawrence University.
