MADISON, Wis. — Sharon Benzine, internal auditor at Summit Credit Union, celebrates a landmark 35 years with the Madison-based financial in July.

Benzine began her tenure at Summit Credit Union in 1975 as a typist. Since then, she has held key leadership positions in IT and operations support functions.

A resident of Sun Prairie, Benzine is a graduate of Wisconsin Heights High School in Mazomanie, Wis. Married to Dan Benzine, Sharon has two daughters, Amanda and Ashley. She is actively involved in the United Way of Dane County, Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Walk, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
