Who: Sarah “The Cheese Lady,” a nationally recognized cheese sculptor, in partnership with the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.

What: Will chip away at 1,280 pounds of cheddar cheese to reveal a dairy-loving Wisconsin Badger in honor of June Dairy Month at Copps on Shopko Drive this week. The “Cheese Head Badger” will be made out of two Wisconsin Cheddar Mammoth cheeses, 640-pounds each.

When & Where: Wednesday thru Saturday, June 23-26

1 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23

9 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, June 24-25

Why: June is dairy month and Copps is proud to feature several of Wisconsin’s more than 600 varieties, types and styles of award-winning cheese. The store encourages visitors to witness the exciting cheese sculpture while they pick up handcrafted Wisconsin cheese and other high-quality products for their summer picnics.
