ELM GROVE, WI (June 17, 2010) — Keller Williams® Realty Inc. announced today its official partnership with Waterstone Mortgage at its new Elm Grove location.

Waterstone’s headquarters are located in Pewaukee at 1133 Quail Ct. Waterstone plans on staffing an office at Keller Williams – Elm Grove and will service all of Keller Williams agents connected to the Keller Williams Elm Grove Market Center, including Mega Agent Offices in Crivitz & Port Washington.

In addition to Waterstone, Keller Williams-Elm Grove announced a similar affiliation with Mayfair Title Corporation who has also partnered inside the Keller Williams office.

Keller Williams-Elm Grove officially opened the doors on May 3rd at its location on 12700 W.Bluemound Rd. A series of Milwaukee and outstate agents plan to join this office over the summer months and will be announced at those times. To date over 35+ agents have switched or have agreed to switch from other companies in the Milwaukee Metro area. Keller Williams has the most lucrative agent starting pay split program available (70, 80 or 90%, with 100% after approx $2.3 million in production) for agents in the Metro area.
