Registration for “Global Perspectives” event closes tomorrow

NEW NORTH, May 3, 2010 – Northeast Wisconsin Regional Economic Partnership (NEWREP),

the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, and Lakeshore International Networking Knowledge exchange (Linke) have partnered to host a “Global Perspectives” event on May 12 from 8:00 am to 12:00pm in the Lake Michigan Conference Room at Lakeshore Technical College, 1290 North Ave. in Cleveland, WI.

The program provides businesses with the information they need to be successful exporters in today’s global economy. Sessions for the morning event include an overview of Wisconsin exports, an international trade office panel, and information on international business presentations, as well as the opportunity for individual meetings with trade directors from Brazil, China, Canada, or Mexico to talk about specific company products and services.

Registration for the event closes on Tuesday, May 4th. The fee is $15 to attend, which includes materials and a continental breakfast.
