Neenah, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. has recently hired several individuals at their corporate office.

Matt Clark will serve as a hard bid estimator for Miron Construction. Clark has a B.S. in Building Construction Management from UW-Platteville and has worked in the construction industry for more than 10 years, most recently serving as an estimator for another large construction firm. In his position, Clark will prepare and submit bids on a wide range of projects in numerous markets.

Roy Hephner was hired as erections services manager to help improve efficiencies and grow Miron’s steel/precast erection services, as well as promote an increase in communications between self-performed trades. Hephner has worked in the construction industry for 21 years and attended Fox Valley Technical College (Wood Techniques), Lakeshore Technical College (Carpenter Apprentice) and Northeast Technical College (Supervisory Training Program) as well as participated in Leadership AGC (Associated General Contractors).

Michelle Sommerfeld has joined Miron’s accounting department as an accounts receivable clerk. Sommerfeld holds an Associates Degree from UW-Fox Valley and worked as an office administrator for a local civil engineering and land surveying firm for the past nine years, performing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and human resources duties.
