Pantheon BC: Senior adviser for sales and marketing joins Pantheon BC

Cudahy, Wis. – Jared Pelski, a sales and marketing veteran with experience across multiple business segments, has joined Pantheon BC as a senior adviser.

Pelski will advise Pantheon BC clients on strategies to generate more revenue via improved sales planning and processes. In addition to providing sales and negotiation skills training, he counsels about pricing products and services to match business goals and market conditions, and utilizing labor efficiently to conduct sales and marketing outreach.

Pelski’s background encompasses retail, business-to-business and health care markets. He began his career at Urocare LLC, a multi-urologist medical practice in Arlington Heights, Ill., working with the company’s medical billing and collection systems.

The next step in Pelski’s career was a successful seven-year span with Rogers & Hollands Jewelers, the largest family-owned jeweler in the U.S. Pelski worked in sales and management at seven locations in northern Illinois, southeastern Wisconsin and the Fox Valley. He earned Platinum Club awards – given to the top dozen salespeople in the entire business – multiple months in each year with the company. He won both the Presidents Club Award and Assistant Manager of the Year honor in 2005. At age 21, he became the youngest store manager in the company’s history.

Pelski left the retail sector to work in direct business-to-business sales for RR Donnelley, the world’s largest printing company. He sold printing and print-related services in a multi-county territory covering the Fox Valley, Green Bay, Oshkosh and Sheboygan. His account management involved several Global Operations such as Kohler Company, Kimberly Clark and Bemis Manufacturing. Pelski is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a B.A. in marketing.
