Project to Create 10 Jobs

MADISON—Governor Jim Doyle announced today that Heartland Label Printers, Inc., Little Chute, Outagamie County, will receive $30,000 in tax credits from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. The company is purchasing equipment for its facility in Little Chute and expects to create 10 new jobs at the facility.

“One of my top priorities is to help move companies and communities forward and create good-paying jobs for our citizens,” Governor Doyle said. “I’m pleased that we could assist Heartland Label Printers, Inc. in bringing new jobs to Wisconsin.”

Heartland Label Printers, Inc. was founded in 1990 to manufacture stock and custom-printed direct thermal labels for the weigh-scale industry. Total project cost is $550,000.
