Beloit, WI – The Partners of Vision Beloit – Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce, Visit Beloit, Downtown Beloit Association and Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation – are hosting a series of seven seminars for entrepreneurs and small businesses. The seminars are held on the second Thursday of each month at noon and will feature Ronald “Bud” Gayhart, Director of the Center for Innovation and Business Development at UW-Whitewater.

The fourth session is scheduled for Thursday August 13, 2009 and will focus on Market Research for Your Business – Know Your Market! Bud will review what type of data is available and how to collect and analyze it to better understand your market and gain insight into your customers. New, expanding and current businesses welcome! After the seminar the discussion will continue at conversation café from 1:15-2:30 p.m. at Bagels & More, 324 State St. Beloit, WI. This information will be helpful to new, current or expanding entrepreneurs and small businesses and to those that serve them – i.e., bankers, attorneys, accountants, community leaders, etc.

This series will be offering the following topics on the dates listed below. Choose the session(s) that work best for you! Plan to continue the conversation with Bud and the other attendees at a downtown café after the presentation.
