MADISON, Wis. (June 4, 2009) – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady is pleased to announce that Valerie Bailey-Rihn has been appointed President-Elect of the Ice Age Trail Alliance (formerly known as the Ice Age Park and Trail Foundation).

Bailey-Rihn concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, ERISA litigation, consumer litigation arising under federal and state regulations and creditors’ rights/bankruptcy. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin.

The Ice Age Trail Alliance raises money to complete/maintain the Ice Age Trail, which initiates near Green Bay, makes its way southwest to the southern reaches of the Kettle Moraine Forest, near the Illinois border, then turns to the northwest and makes its way toward northern Wisconsin and the Mississippi River, creating a great big backwards “check mark” hiking/biking trail across the state.

Quarles & Brady LLP is a full-service law firm with more than 450 attorneys practicing from offices in Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz.; Chicago, Ill.; Naples, Fla.; and Milwaukee and Madison, Wis. The firm offers an array of legal services to corporate and individual clients that range from small entrepreneurial businesses to Fortune 100 companies.
