Kmotion Media: Group from Defunct Pulse Communications launches Kmotion Media

Green Bay, WI – April 30, 2009 – After 20 years in business, Pulse Communications has closed. Its last day of operations was March 31. Pulse was a Green Bay based video and interactive production facility that most-recently worked on the Eric Roberts film “Project Solitude”. A core production group from Pulse, roughly half of its employees at the time of closure, including the entire animation & interactive department, has formed Kmotion Media.

Kmotion Media is a digital agency that partners with advertising agencies and clients to create engaging and effective advertising, marketing and corporate communication experiences delivered on the digital platforms that people interact with daily. By integrating film production, animation techniques, interactive experiences and web strategies, we make connections both through traditional and emerging media: web sites and internet applications, email, games, broadcast, viral video, touch screen kiosks & digital signage, desktop applications, DVDs and a host of other digital channels.

Our core competencies include: Creative Development & Strategy, Film & Video Production, HD Post Production (Avid HD & FC Pro HD), Animation, Motion Graphics, 3D Modeling & Animation, Digital FX, Graphic Design, Interactive Authoring & Design, Web Design & Development.

Since leaving Pulse, we’ve expanded our capabilities, upgraded our gear and already have a host of clients on board, both local and national.

Our temporary website can be found at http://www.kmotionmedia.com, where interested parties can sign up for news alerts. We will launch a complete website by summer.
