Joins industry pioneers ACE, Growth Energy, and RFA

MILWAUKEE The Wisconsin Bio Industry Alliance (WBIA) is excited to announce partnerships with three of the nation’s largest bio fuel organizations the American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE), Growth Energy, and the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA).

“Our members made the strategic decision to take a more active role in the national discussion about the future of bio fuel,” said Joshua Morby, Executive Director of the WBIA.

“The focus of our organization continues to be to educate people about the value of bio fuel production and consumption, both from an economic and an environmental standpoint. These partnerships will give us added horsepower, enabling Wisconsin producers to take a more active role in charting the course for the future of the bio fuel industry.”

“Wisconsin’s farmers and ethanol producers are strong allies and valuable partners in the effort to grow the bio fuel industry,” said RFA President Bob Dinneen.

“We are excited to be working with WBIA on our shared goal of increasing usage of America’s only available, affordable alternative to oil clean, green ethanol,” said Toni Nuernberg Grown Energy’s Midwest Executive Director.

“By working with state organizations like the WBIA, our industry can work together to promote cost-effective fuel choices for consumers, restore meaningful competition in the motor fuels market, and support domestic renewable fuels that reduce our dependency on foreign oil,” said Brian Jennings, Executive Vice President of ACE.

The Wisconsin Bio Industry Alliance is a diverse group of businesses, environmental groups, and statewide and local organizations that have come together to build both public and legislative awareness of the Bio Industry in Wisconsin.
