MADISON, WI (February 4, 2009) — “What Impact Does The ADA Amendments Act Have On Your Business?” is the topic of a free seminar Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at the Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club, 1 West Dayton St., Madison. Stephen A. DiTullio and Mindy J. Rowland from DeWitt Ross & Stevens will present information from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Continental breakfast and registration begins at 7:00 a.m.

This HR Roundtable presentation addresses the ADA Amendments Act, signed into law late last year. You will learn about Congress’ new focus on how employers are addressing employees’ disabilities, rather than the disability itself, resulting in an inevitable increase in disability discrimination claims. The seminar will educate you as to the new law as well as provide some practical guidance to prepare your company on how to proceed in light of the Amendments.

The seminar is part of an ongoing series of seminars called HR Roundtable. To register for the free Madison seminar, go to http://www.dewittross.com and register under Events or send an e-mail to hrroundtable@dewittross.com or call 608-252-9330 by Friday, February 27, 2009.
