Re-Inc LLC: BkBid.com launches new free website – college students to save big

Milwaukee, WI – Re Ink, LLC., has developed an online service for local college students to buy and sell textbooks online with virtually no fees associated. The website, BkBid.com, is a free online service using an auction format allowing students to list books they want to sell=2 0and bid on texts they need for upcoming classes.

Long-standing conventional methods of book sales and buy-backs are deceitful at best, as any college student is aware. Books are expensive and campus bookstores control prices for required material. A $150 book purchased new at the beginning of a semester and kept in great shape may be worth only $10 from the bookstore when the student turns it in. That same bookstore may then turn around and sell the book for $125 or more – a 1,250% markup that would not be tolerated in any other market.

BkBid.com owner Dylan Pinkus envisions a fairer system where a student can sell a used textbook for much more increasing their income on old texts while decreasing expenses on used texts. As college expenses continue to rise and as more and more of that burden is passed onto the students, old practices need to be re-evaluated to help ease financial strains and BkBid does just that. Our site could help students save over $600 annually.

University Wisconsin Milwaukee’s (UWM) Student Association has endorsed their support for this project. They represent students and see the potential savings with this free site.

BkBid.com income will eventually come from advertisers interested in targeting the college market.

Dylan Pinkus, is the CEO of Re-Inc LLC, believes that BkBid.com, “will be the best option for students”. Mr. Pinkus is currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and knows first hand the outrageous prices bookstores charge for required materials. Dylan has created several businesses by the age of 21. Benefits of the website are planned to grow as the audience increases and advertisers are offered new innovative ways of reaching this market.
